Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications using ASP.NET (MVC/Forms/Core).
Implement robust backend services and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps and Business to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Drive technical excellence by enforcing coding standards and conducting code reviews.
Participate in strategic planning and roadmap discussions.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues and quick solutioning for production issues.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8–10 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on ASP.NET (MVC, Forms and Core).
Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core and Web API.
Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Solid experience with SQL Server and database design. Oracle knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
