Job Specification Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and ensure procurement procedures are followed. Monitor inventory level and coordinate with logistics and store departments for timely stock management. Keep accurate track records of purchased items, delivery schedules and related shipping documents. Update and monitor ordering and reporting for schedule C1 and C3 items (ensure data is current and aligned with government policy ) Qualifications Diploma in Business Administration Supply Chin Management, logistics or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in purchasing or procurement Good knowledge of purchasing procedures , inventiry control and supplier management . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel) and familiar with purchasing or ERP systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills .
