Security & FM Executive

• Security Management:

• Develop the security management rules, improve the management process termly.
• Perform daily security inspection, find out the violation and potential risk, correct and eliminate them.
• Perform security training and assessment, develop training concerned materials.

• Shipping Management:

• Handle the shipment customs clearance, including complete documentation and shipping orders, make sure the whole process goes smoothly. Compliance with import and export regulations, both internal and statutory.
• Develop the shipping vendor, ensure the shipping speed, and cost optimization.
• Make shipping records accurate, complete the expense reimbursement and settlement accurately and timely.

• Procurement Management:

• Perform the procurement process goes accurately and smoothly, always improve cost performance.
• Develop and manage vendors, expand channel, and enhance the vendors' after-sales service.
• Purchasing and liaison with different suppliers in order to shipping (worldwide)

• Asset Management:

• Be responsible for the fixed assets management, perform periodic inventory.
• Monitor assets inventory and accurate documentations of incoming and outgoing.
• Use asset management system proficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Familiar with ISO9001/20000/27001 system certification.
• Knowledge in shipping procedures and documentation for customs clearance.
• Understanding of local and cross-border import/export rules and regulations.
• Willing to travel if required (less frequently)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
