MohonKelayakan- Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)- Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage.- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Mandarin or Cantonese speaker is an advantage. Strong English communication is a MUST.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including solid experience with advanced formulas.- Basic knowledge of credit and collections is an advantage.- Able to work independently and in a team.- Able to work immediately.Tanggungjawab- Timely clearing of monthly, daily collections and reconciliation work.- Have experience in AR-related task.- Issue monthly statement and reminder letters.- Handling unapplied cash: Unapplied/unidentified payment investigation & follow up on time.- Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to customers promptly- Providing assistance and support to customers regarding their invoices and payment- related queries.- Customer data management- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.- 5 Days Work (8.30am to 5.30pm) / (9.00am to 6.00pm)ManfaatMedical BenefitsAnnual Bonus & IncrementWork Life BalanceManfaat tambahan
