- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MFRS
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with the AutoCount accounting system is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and integrity
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
- Perform daily accounting data entry, including accounts payable and receivable
- Handle invoice processing and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger records
- Prepare and update accounting schedules and reports
- Support month-end closing activities, audits and tax filing
- Ensure all financial records comply with company policies and accounting standards (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards [MFRS])
- Liaise effectively with external auditors, internal auditors, the company secretary, and regulatory authorities
- Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
