ETL/Data Engineer

- DCIM solution implementation
- Implement DCIM solutions, including configuration, integration, and training
- Ensure that DCIM solutions are properly integrated with existing IT systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with project managers and IT technicians/personnel
- Data Center equipment specialist
- Create and configure new Datacenter Genomes
- Create and configure new Datacenter Device Definition Files (DDF)
- Keep asset and device libraries up to-date
- Data integration
- Design and develop ETL processes to extract data from various sources, such as transactional systems, operational databases, and external APIs
- Transform raw data into a structured format that is compatible with the target data warehouse or analytics platform
- Customer Support and Training
- Provide on-site training and support to data center operators and IT staff on using EcoStruxure IT Solutions effectively
- Compliance and Regulations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Follow proper procedures for handling sensitive data and equipment
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and training
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Information Technology or other relevant fields
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts. Knowledge of data center infrastructure, technologies, and DCIM solutions will be an added advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
