Seeking a Senior MES Specialist to lead the end-to-end design, integration, and implementation of MES (Opcenter / Camstar) solutions across global backend sites, ensuring operational excellence in semiconductor manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement MES capabilities, including Master Data, Execution, and Factory Automation integration.Manage MES product lifecycle and software functionality.Ensure system compliance with quality and architecture standards.Govern application requirement engineering and solution realization.Develop E2E MES solutions for global backend (Chip & Module) sites.Lead MES capabilities like Durable, Carrier, WIP, Sampling, etc.Execute and manage strategic global projects (e.g., SDT rollout).Create process documentation and integration flows for stakeholder clarity.Required Skills:Bachelor's / Master's in CS, IT, Software Engineering, or related sciences.8+ years of MES experience in semiconductor/electronic manufacturing.Strong domain knowledge of semiconductor MES (Camstar / Opcenter).Hands-on with CLF, UI logic, MDB, MES coding, and business logic.Proficient in SQL and understanding of ERD relationships.Skilled in process flow documentation using Visio, EA tools.Experience in MES system table structures and configurations.Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
