Construction Project Engineer

• Associate degree or above in Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
• Possession of a valid Malaysian CIDB certification;
• Experience in on-site project management or construction for building, renovation, or mechanical & electrical engineering projects;
• Proficient in using software such as CAD, Project, Word, and Excel;
• Good English reading, writing, and communication skills;
• Outgoing personality, good health, with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities;
• Willing to work on project sites.

• Develop and execute overall project schedules, coordinating subcontractor milestones.
• Monitor critical path progress and prepare periodic variance analysis reports.
• Lead weekly/monthly progress meetings to address delays.

• Oversee implementation of the "Three-Check System" (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection).
• Organize concealed works acceptance and sub-project quality assessments.
• Manage defect rectification and maintain closed-loop records.

• Review construction plans and technical briefings.
• Conduct site safety and compliance inspections (including MEP installations).
• Handle change orders and on-site documentation.
