Job Description To carry out claim administrative functions and support assessment team in settling and closing the claims promptly. The main functions are registration of claims and other administrative activities supporting claim assessment. Administrative functions are important to ensure smooth running of claim decision and settlement. These functions will support the company's key objective which is to settle claims fast and fairly. Responsible to claim registration in the system based on agreed turnaround time Review and processing simple claims in system based on agreed turnaround time. Support and assist any projects or ad-hoc task as assigned or identified from time to time at departmental and company level. Enquiry management from various parties. Job Requirement Degree or any professional qualification, preferably Takaful/Insurance related background. Good knowledge of principles and practice of Family Takaful/Life Insurance. A good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of computer software and application system. Show more Show less
