• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin(added advantage)
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn, result oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• To work closely with superior on assigned key accounts to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and to meet all monthly sourcing and visitation targets.
• Calls and visits; deliver sales, leads, margin growth, insights and contact acquisition through telephone conversations and face to face visits.
• Discovering new business prospects and scheduling appointments with interior designers, architects and contractors to expand the customer base to boost sales build / maintain / establish relationship with them.
• Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients.
• Responsible for close follow-up on day-to-day sales & operations tasks.
• Provide professional pre-and after-sales follow-ups/responses to new and existing clients.
• Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers, approaching customers and offering them advice on products to persuade them to buy.
• Sensitive in market trend and changes, inform to sales management timely.
• Acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer's issues/ requests are resolved satisfactorily and promptly.
• Follow-up payment with the customer.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to management.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
