Service Engineer

- Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of intralogistics systems and automation equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults (mechanical, electrical, PLC control) and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance documentation, and technical feedback to the engineering team.
- Supervise service activities and guide junior engineers or technicians when required.
- Coordinate with the project and engineering teams for system upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and client site regulations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term service contracts and aftersales opportunities.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance, automation systems, or material handling equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with conveyor systems, AS/RS, automated forklifts, or similar equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at client facilities.
