- Supporting the Team Lead to plan and execute strategic Talent Engagement & Attraction strategies including participation in recruitment fairs, employer branding activities and networking events
- Be the main point of contact / liaison with university career services, lecturers and student bodies
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation to ensure effective and efficient delivery and management of the events under EY Summer Internship Program (SIP) as well as the EY Campus Champs (EYCC) program
- Overseeing the overall campus engagement calendar and coordination, programs and budget management
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships by partnering closely with Talent Acquisition team, HR business partners and business leaders to identify and understand their hiring needs
- Provide timely reports and analytics, flag risks or delays in advance and provide recommendations to the Team Lead and key stakeholders

- A recognized university degree in Human Resource, Business, Public Relations & Communications, Marketing or other related disciplines
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience preferably in graduate recruitment and talent attraction. Candidates from marketing or business development background are welcome to apply
- Expertise in contemporary sourcing activities using a range of approaches, channels and tools
- Experience in employer branding and graduate recruitment
- Familiarity with using social media/networking sites like Instagram and LinkedIn
