Lumpur, Malaysia.You are expected to lead all efforts in the end-to-end recruiting life cycle for full time positions in your designated business area. You will work closely with and coach business leaders to determine staffing strategies in order to identify, attract, screen, and recruit top candidates for a Fortune 100 company. You will apply your staffing proficiency to drive established standards and implement improvements.Key Responsibilities:
- Driving efforts to ensure delivery performance at or above KPI standards.
- Creation of regional recruiting processes, sourcing strategies.
- Own talent attraction, diversity, and UR strategy for the region/Country.
- Driving Inclusion & Diversity agenda across region/country.
- Stakeholder Management including HR team, Hiring Manager, Regional & Global SBG leaders.
- Building RPO capabilities across region/country.
- Talent Market Analytics & Trends to drive decisions.
- Ensure 100% Compliance across the region /country.
- Focus on driving standardization, operational efficiency & performance through RPO for the
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably combined with In-House Corporate &
- Ability to partner with and influence multiple stakeholders in order to achieve business goals.
- Analytical & Continuous Improvement mindset.
- Experience using an ATS.
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
- Experience working in a matrix international organization.
- International business acumen.
