- Develop and monitor SSC KPIs and performance reports.
- Analyze variances and drive corrective actions to improve service delivery.
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure accurate service chargebacks.
- Support SSC budgeting, forecasting, and P&L variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Manage internal customer relationships and ensure SSC services meet business requirements.
- Oversee team recruitment, training, and performance development.
- Support ERP system upgrades and operational projects.
- Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent experience in senior performance management roles.
- Minimum 5 years experience in controlling, performance management, or business analysis.
- SSC or BPO experience managing performance and reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS preferred) and MS Office.
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage projects and lead operational changes.
