Job Requirements Strong knowledge of aesthetics, including current trends, styles, and principles of design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients. Active listening skills to understand client needs, goals, and concerns. Ability to conduct in-depth consultations and ask relevant questions to determine the best course of action. Proficient in recommending and explaining various aesthetic treatments, products, and services. Excellent salesmanship with a focus on building long-term client relationships, not just achieving sales targets. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records. Time management skills to effectively schedule consultations and manage workload. For medical aesthetics roles: knowledge of relevant medical terminology and safety protocols may be required. For some roles: experience with computer software such as word and excel recommendations, or client management may be necessary.
