- Responsible for overall operation capacity studies (time study, productivity topics and resources optimization etc.)
- Performs mathematical modeling/simulation on productivity/process improvement and optimal usage of resources.
- Conducts work measurement studies and analysis providing clarity for operation capacity modeling.
- Performs project management to monitor performance via system automation, to improve operational efficiency, UPH and cost performance
- Performs Cost-benefit analysis on improvement strategies, follow thru for any investment needed to increase capacity for operational delivery.
- Sustain and maintain JDA data focusing on equipment inventory, EUPH, PT, OEE.
- Work with operation and global team to maximize equipment utilization and capacity.
- Drive for balance line through loading optimization
- Layout optimization.
- BS or MS degree in any field relates to Semicondustor industry.
- Auto-CAD proficient to support layout drawings.
- Proficient in problem solving tools, statistical tools, failure analysis and debug techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
- Self-driven, good time management and planning and integrity to deliver highest quality of work.
