- Work with SSC leadership, Local Finance, Business Leaders and outsourced party to establish service levels, performance metrics, and technology requirements, and adapt them as needed over time
- Transition and establishment of the RTR operations within the SSC, ensuring a smooth transfer of financial processes, systems, and data from the Business Units in the region to the SSC when necessary.
- Lead month-end financial review meetings, have discussions on the financials with Finance Director and follow-up on actions raised
- Ensure that the FTE capacity planning is reflective of accurate volumes and average handling time
- Handle the day-to-day operations of RTR Management accounting and outsourced party deliverables, ensuring the prompt and precise delivery of financial services to stakeholders within the region
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or surpass performance targets for all RTR processes, which include (but not limited to): P&L and Margin review, Management reporting packs, Joint Venture/Distribution Deal accounting, Advisory and Control, Repertoire Metadata and Month-Close execution and reporting
- Proactively collaborate with the stakeholders & cross-functional teams (Local Finance, Global Process Owners, BPO, Business) to improve financial processes.
- Particípate in continous process improvement. Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues identified.
- Royalty accounting: provision and actual for third party and intercompany royalty.
- Handle Project accounting for non-recording income – project code review, P&L review.
- Complete HFM(Hyperion) and SAP close
- Review, coordinate and prioritize the work done by outsourced party and offer insights and feedback on areas of improvement or on areas of excellence
- Handles end-to-end R2R activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance & adherence to SLAs. Responsible for Month End Closing (MEC) process including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure strong control environment & healthy balance sheet position.
- Monthly closing analysis review on revenue, margin, overhead, marketing.
- Monitor global process adherence and controls implementation across all employees involved in the RTR flow
- Highlight all areas of concern, risks for non-compliance of corporate policy and procedures
- Participate in the ongoing documentation and updating of company procedure manuals
- Participate in audit meetings, follow-up on deliverables and review the quality of evidence submitted
- Adhere to and improve the governance model between Local business units, SSC and outsourced party
- Collaborate with global process owners regarding process standardization and optimization, improvements, automations or system upgrades
- Support communication of change and trainings for all team members (local, SSC, outsourcing) with respect to RTR processes or automations
- Escalate outsourcing party business continuity challenges (managerial KPIs) or performance challenges (SLAs) to Outsourcing contract manager
- Lead migrations and knowledge transfers for new business units, prepare relevant documentation and drive process consistency & standardization in order to optimize operational efficiency
- Detailed understanding of the review process underlying all Management accounting activities and associated controls, which include P&L and Margin review, Management reporting packs, Joint Venture/Distribution Deal accounting, Advisory and Control, Repertoire Metadata and Month-Close execution and reporting
- High integrity, independent and analytical and communications skills together with a strong sense of responsibility
- At least 12 years' relevant experience in RTR/Accounting, with at least 5 years as Management Accountant
- Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated and performance-driven with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, HFM and SAP ECC, Blackline is a plus
- Proficiency in IFRS and and work experience in a company that had to comply with SOX Controls
- Experience in utilizing data insights to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Experience in working with SLA's, KPI's and in determining the right resourcing loading model
- Fluency in English and Bahasa. Korean, Thai or Vietnamese will be a plus.

- Strong and proven people management / supervisory background
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Finance & Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA fully qualified or international equivalent)
- Six Sigma/SAP/People management certifications are a plus
