Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis:

Identify and analyze the root causes of SSD failures, both in the field and during testing.
Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurring failures. * Failure Analysis and Reporting:Conduct thorough failure analysis on returned SSDs (RMA), Quality failure and Manufacturing failure in PCBA levelFA.
Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, analysis, and proposed solutions. * Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality) to resolve issues.
Serve as a technical interface for external customer-facing teams, providing data analysis and technical consultation.
Manage escalations and communicate RMA cases to internal teams. * Debug System Setup and Maintenance:Setup and maintain the debug system for DOE and error duplication. * Test Script Development:Develop test scripts to reproduce test failures or verify the effectiveness of fixes. * Log Analysis:Assist in analyzing test logs and categorizing test failures.QualificationsREQUIRED:

Electronic/Electrical Degree
Years of Experience : 9-10 years in PCBA Failure Analysi field. SSD industry preferred

SKILLS:

Maintain and develop expertise in SSD failure analysis techniques and methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SSD technologies and failure mechanisms.
