Job Summary: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain payroll records, calculate deductions and tax withholdings, and comply with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Collect and verify employee time and payroll data (hours, overtime, bonuses, deductions). Process payroll accurately and on schedule (e.g., pay runs, pay statements, direct deposits). Maintain and reconcile payroll records, spreadsheets, and general ledger data. Handle inquiries from employees or supervisors regarding pay-related issues. Prepare reports for finance, management, and auditors. Stay up to date on local tax and wage laws and ensure compliance. Support year-end processing and associated documentation (e.g., tax forms) Job Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR preferred. 1+ years of payroll processing experience. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with multi-state or multi-country payroll compliance.
