Job Descriptions Do the chemical testing for components, Inspect and verify incoming raw materials, components, and parts against purchase specifications and quality standards. Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using appropriate tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (if applicable). Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR). Maintain accurate and complete inspection records, logs, and reports. Coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams regarding acceptance, rejection, or hold status of materials. Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes when quality issues are found. Ensure compliance with company quality policies, ISO standards, and other regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits when required. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with 5S and safety standards. Qualifications Education: Diploma or Certificate in Quality, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment preferred. Experienced in chemistry background, do the chemical testing.
