Finance Executive

• Procurement Management: Oversee and manage the procurement process, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and compliance with company policies.
• Data Management: Collect, monitor, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Asset and Expenditure Oversight: Monitor and manage the company's assets and expenditures.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing current and historical financial records for review by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Heads of Department (HOD), Project Managers (PM), and Group Finance.
• Financial Policy Implementation: Assist and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external audits.
• Support Departmental Operations: Assist various departments and teams with their daily operational activities.

• Minimum of 12 years' experience handling financial services.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding time-management and organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information for preparation of reports and/or other documentation.
• Previous experience of using Power BI for reporting, D365, ABEX and other software for Finance activity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills include the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
