
Assistant Manager, Service Governance

- Oversee the creation, update, and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOWs) and fee schedules, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual obligations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal) to gather required information, pricing inputs, and service details for new or amended SOWs.
- Coordinate and track the sign-off process for all SOW amendments, ensuring timely approval prior to implementation.
- Maintain the Statement of Work and Fee Template Hub, including version control, document history, and access rights.
- Design, develop, and manage all templates used within the GBS framework.
- Ensure templates are standardized, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices.
- Regularly review and update templates to meet evolving business needs and support automation opportunities.
- Provide guidance, training, and clear documentation on the use of templates for internal teams.
- Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure SOWs, and fee structures and templates are consistently applied across regions and client accounts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and enhanced to improve documentation workflows, approval timelines, and template usability.
- Partner with business units to ensure SOW governance, standardized documentation, and template best practices is embedded in project initiation, renewal, and change management processes.
- Serve as a central point of contact for SOW, and fee and template-related queries from internal teams.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment between service delivery, commercial terms, and client expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to Sales and Account Management teams on SOW governance best practices.
- Ensure SOWs fee and fee schedules and templates are compliant with internal policies, legal requirements, and contractual commitments.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and governance evidence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in service governance, contract management, sales support, or business operations, preferably within Business & Corporate Services (BCS) or professional services environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex documentation processes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and geographies.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
