Project

Healthcare QMS: Enhancing patient safety and regulatory compliance in healthcare with quality management systems.
Aviation Safety: Offering aviation industry solutions for risk management and safety compliance.
Financial Compliance: Automating compliance and risk management for financial institutions.

Must Have

Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a software development team effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in .NET, open-source technologies, and cloud-native architectures.
Agile Experience: Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Nice to have

Change Management Experience: Adequate experience in managing change effectively.
Front-End Development Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies like React and TypeScript.
DevOps Knowledge: Experience in delivering reliable DevOps solutions using tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Docker.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid / Flexible (3 days a week in KL office)
