Job Responsibility Sales Executive To involve in sales activities and sales closing processes. To implement marketing strategies and conduct market survey. To organize and oversee advertising (handling all digital marketing relates to social media campaigns, promotions and ad)/ marketing events/ activities/ road show & etc. To handle day-to-day Sales & Marketing matters and documentation. To carry out other Sales & Marketing tasks assigned to you from time to time Plan and follow up on customer s enquiry. To report on customers feedback and customers purchasing behavior. Follow up on customer s enquiry and prepare quotation for customers. Storekeeper Coordinate and work closely with Sales Executive. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Periodically checks stock against stock records and submits reports. To maintain basic stock inventory management. Complete diary logs into inventory. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Job Requirements At least 2 years working experience in a similar position. Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to effectively interact with all levels Possess own transport. Great verbal skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to learn quickly and think quickly. Self-reliant and able to work independently. Able to handle complaints.
