Location: Seri Kembangan, SelangorRESPONSIBILITIES:Plan & organize daily schedule to ensure the task able to be perform deliveries and services;Liaison between Drivers, Customers and sales team;Have the ability to maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log;Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur;Lead continuous improvement of his/her perimeter;Perform site visit included outstation;Perform Depot visitation (Pengerang, Taiping, Kemaman and etc) to provide support & guidance to Drivers and dispatch team;Work with Operation Manager and IT Department to provide solutions for more effective and efficient schedule output;Jointly coordinates with Dispatch team to resolve problem and improve quality of service schedule; Optimize routes, manages and determines route actions and assuring route completion;To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation;Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;REQUIREMENTS:Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or logistics roles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Familiarity with industry standards, including safety and compliance regulationsJoined 5 years agoHR ConsultingRM2,700 / mo.
