BIM Coordinator/BIM Engineer

- Create, update, and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design inputs.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks or Solibri.
- Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans.
- Ensure consistency across project teams and disciplines.
- Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
- Support the preparation of tender and construction packages.
- Provide BIM-related technical support to project teams.
- Train staff on BIM tools and workflows as needed.
- Explore and implement new BIM technologies and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Perform regular model audits and quality checks.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling or coordination, preferably in a consulting or multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with BIM 360, Civil 3D, or other relevant tools is an advantage
- Understanding of clash detection, model coordination, and BIM execution plans (BEPs)
- Knowledge of construction documentation and project lifecycle workflows
- Willing to work in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
- Available to start immediately
- Familiarity with local and international BIM standards is a plus
