1. Reporting to General Manager
2. Oversee end-to-end supply chain and purchasing operations, including procurement, supplier management and inventory control.
3. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency, quality and timely delivery.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure material availability aligns with business needs.
6. Track, analyze, and report on supply chain and procurement performance metrics (lead time, cost efficiency, delivery accuracy).
7. Drive process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
8. Identify risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation measures.
9. Lead and support supply chain and purchasing projects, including process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

11. Supervise and guide the supply chain and purchasing team to achieve departmental objectives.
12. Carry out other duties and assignments as directed by superiors from time to time.JOB SPECIFICATION1. Educational : At least in Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Mgmt, Logistics, Business Adm or a related field.2. Experience : At least three (3) years experience in similar capacity/field.
