- Responsible for overseeing local IT support matters, which includes laptop imaging and deployment, first level troubleshooting, managing ticketing queues and vendor communication and escalation.
- Responsible for the operations and support of the local IT activities including telephony system used by a global service desk team.
- Coordinate purchasing, commissioning, deployment, refresh and disposal of all office IT equipment.
- Cooperate with global teams with regards to end user and infrastructure issues.
- Ensure that infrastructure documentation and operating procedures are maintained and kept up to date in line with NDBS standards and policies.
- Support audit and risk management matters relating to IT infrastructure.
- Support business continuity management matters with regards to process and execution of business continuity plan and exercise.
- Propose, manage, track, and report IT spend in Malaysia.
- Responsible as legal line manager for multiple Global IT teams, managing people related matters such as leave management, salary adjustment, promotion, and staff development.
- Create and manage contract documents with regards to the staff augmentation services rendered for headquarters.

- Responsible for IT topics (strategy and operations) for local business and working with global team as the representative of local unit
- • University degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- • Minimum 5 years' experience in delivering and managing IT support and operations for a medium to large scale multinational organization.
- • Minimum 3 years experience in people management.
- • Possess good understanding in business continuity practices and procedures.
- • Basic knowledge in OS delivery, network and server infrastructure, telephony system and IT security.
- • Process oriented.
