Key Responsibilities:· Lead and organize sales activities to meet annual targets.· Develop and improve sales policies and procedures.· Monitor market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.· Review and approve sales contracts, invoices, and shipment documents.· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.· Follow up on payments and manage credit risks.· Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews.· Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree or higher.· Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor or electronics industry.· Strong skills in competitive analysis, pricing, negotiation, and contract review.· Proven experience in developing overseas markets.· Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing) for communication with international clients.· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle work pressure.· Willingness to learn and improve continuously.Sub Specialization : Sales;Business Development
