- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English (written & verbal), and Mandarin (Mandarin required for internal coordination and contract drafting)
- Able to draft bilingual contracts with legal team
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Lead and manage all HR and administrative operations of the company.
- Develop and continuously improve HR and admin policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Collect hiring needs, plan and execute recruitment strategies with precision.
- Design and implement training programs; evaluate and follow up on outcomes.
- Research and analyze market salary data; participate in the design of compensation and performance systems.
- Handle payroll, EPF/SOCSO, and other employee welfare-related tasks.
- Manage employee contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations including dispute resolution.
- Drive corporate culture initiatives and foster a positive working environment.
- Organize internal meetings, events, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Oversee office assets, procure office supplies, and maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Coordinate internal communication between departments and liaise with external parties and government bodies.
- Support matters related to seconded staff and coordinate with HQ in the US and factories in China.
