To lead a highly diversified, positive and energetic team and collaborate with other global design teams.

Plan, organize, staff, coordinate and review programs periodically.

Provide leadership and take ownership of the tasks assigned to the team and engage the team to work together across team/sites.

Coordinate and participate in scrum teams, and drive development.

Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred. 5+ years Mobile Application Experience with Android and/or iOS development

Knowledge or experience with Android Application development using Java or Kotlin.

Experience with Android OR iOS UI frameworks is a plus.

Experience with Android SDK & NDK is a plus.

Experience/knowledge in mobile application software development tools (e.g. GIT, JIRA, ..), testing, process (Agile, Kanban) and configuration management.

Strong project management skill and people management skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Candidate must willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
