Assist Accounts Manager for smooth accounting operations in the organization. Ensure timely accounting reporting and fulfil accounting standards and audit requirements.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing financial transactions, records, and reports within an organization.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Managing accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying payments, and handling supplier payments. Also, handling accounts receivable by invoicing customers, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Ensuring that company financial records match bank statements by reconciling accounts regularly.
- Possess Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years' experience in accounting field.
- Willing to work in Rawang.
