Account Specialist (Sales Development)

- Respond to customer inquiries by providing Molex solutions, including product information, pricing, or RFQ, and technical specifications.
- Design-in activities with customer R&D & NPI team.
- Must learn basic end customer technical requirement to coordinate with relevant Molex teams & recommend to the customer a complete Molex solution when needed.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and call plans, highlighting potential opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate customer contracts and agreements as necessary.
- Visit customers as needed to foster relationships and understand their requirements.
- Build relationships with internal Business Units to support sales efforts.
- Stay informed about the market, customers, and competitors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- You possess a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of work experience with a technical background in the Electronics industry.
- Your experience includes customer-facing roles with a focus on service and commercial aspects.
- You have a proven track record of managing customer accounts and fostering growth.
- Prior experience in Sales within the electronics industry.
- A history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong familiarity with Molex products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Advanced expertise in sales strategies and lead qualification
