Job Responsibilities: Create engaging visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, product promotions, and internal communications. Design graphics, layouts, banners, email templates, and other digital collateral that reflect our brand identity and tone. Contribute to UI/UX design deliverables, including high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and component design for mobile and web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Retail Marketing, AmOnline) to translate ideas into impactful visual executions. Ensure visual consistency and quality across all customer-facing channels. Maintain and evolve the brand's creative and visual language in digital formats. Assist in maintaining design systems, templates, and asset libraries. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or a hybrid creative/UI role. A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital campaigns, social assets, visual storytelling, and optionally UI design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Solid understanding of design fundamentals-typography, layout, color, and composition. Ability to balance creativity with consistency and brand guidelines. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation. Background in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with UX best practices and responsive design.
