- Ability to work in Level 2 Production Support Environment and work closely with Clients and Stakeholders and provide application support.
- Should have flexibility and be able to adapt according to business needs.
- Coordinate with L3 and development team to provide and implement solutions as required.
- Provide Weekend support as and when necessary, depending on Client Requirements
- work on creating Change requests and work with various teams in getting that change approved and get it deployed in production.
- provide support to release management team by performing sanity and validations after successful deployment.
- work on handling Incidents and Requests and ensure to provide solution to the issues.
- Interaction with Business Users and other teams while resolving tickets and ensure to provide solution. Ensure the application and systems problems are fixed, as well as providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure excellent customer service through the application of customer support skills, business, and technical knowledge to triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate or resolve customer application issues.
- Experience required- 3-5 Yrs.
- Solid experience with ICO Blaze Advisor and FICO Origination Manager is required.
- Mandatory Skill set required for this role: UNIX, Windows, MSSQL and Oracle Payment solution on IBAS platform.
