About the Role We're looking for a brand custodian - someone who will live and breathe 1-2 of our key brands, working directly with our founder (a portfolio marketer behind multiple high-growth ventures) to bring bold strategies to life. This isn't a typical marketing exec role where you just "post on social media." You'll be the bridge between vision and execution - taking high-level direction and turning it into campaigns, partnerships, and activations that move the needle. If you're someone with a hands-on craft in marketing (whether that's video editing, design, copywriting, coding, or performance marketing) who's ready to level up into strategy and holistic brand management , this is your chance. You'll work in our KL office with access to our in-house creative and media teams (via Diffy), and you'll be responsible for ensuring every campaign is executed with precision, reported with clarity, and constantly optimised for growth. Key Responsibilities Brand Ownership - Manage day-to-day marketing activities for 1-2 assigned brands (F&B, beauty, lifestyle, retail). Campaign Coordination - Turn strategic plans into actionable campaign briefs for creative, media, and content teams. Content Direction - Oversee visuals, ads, and social content to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives. Hands-On Execution - Contribute directly using your core skillset (e.g. video editing, design, coding, or performance marketing). Partnerships & PR Support - Assist in coordinating collaborations, influencer activations, and PR pushes. Performance Tracking - Monitor campaign results (engagement, sales uplift, ROAS) and recommend optimisations. Community Engagement - For brands with creator/influencer programmes, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and milestone tracking. Market Awareness - Stay updated on competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging opportunities. What We're Looking For Experience: 3-7 years in marketing, ideally with consumer brands (beauty/F&B/lifestyle) or agency campaign experience. Proven ability to handle end-to-end campaigns - not just content posting, but activations and performance measurement. Skills: Strong project management and organisational skills. Confident in briefing and working with designers, media buyers, influencers. Hands-on expertise in at least one marketing discipline (e.g. video, design, copy, coding, performance marketing). Ability to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements. Social media savvy and tuned in to content trends. Mindset: Resourceful, proactive, and takes ownership of outcomes. Thrives under high standards and enjoys being challenged. Curious, commercially minded, and eager to grow into strategic brand management.
