SENIOR EXECUTIVE, INSIGHTS ANALYST

• Provide reporting, analysis and strategic market information with business implications/recommendations to support effective and efficient business decisions.
• Perform root-cause analysis, data quality analysis, measurements, and feasibility studies.
• Deliver accurate and value-adding actionable insights in reporting & analysis.
• Support direct report in collaborating with internal stakeholders and department to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements with the recommendation provided.
• Collect, interpret and communicate industry, competitor and market trends from primary and secondary sources (Internal data, vendor's data, govt. statistics etc).
• Dedicatedly find opportunities to support company strategies.
• Continuous innovation and process improvement efforts to optimize reporting efficiencies.

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• 1-3 years working experience, preferably with FMCG background.
• Passionate in Data and Retail/FMCG.
• Required language(s): Malay & English; Chinese (optional).
• Enjoy dynamic environment and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to breakdown complex problems in a structured and clear manner.
• Result-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
