Job DescriptionJob requirements:
  • At least passed SPM
  • Working experience in Purchasing or store
  • Computer literate. Good in Microsoft Words & Excel
Essential Duties And Responsiblities include the following:
  • Responsible for raising Purchase Requisition
  • Data entry and filing paperwork (Managing documents & files)
  • Prepares required procurement reports
  • Maintain records related to job assigned
  • Providing customer service (Handling external & internal communication - staff & suppliers)
  • Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information and quotation
  • Processes invoices, checking delivery order before sending to account department for payment.
  • Performed multifaceted general office support.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
