Keeping accurate records of sales activities, contacts, and opportunities in RM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
