- Provide Level 3 (L3) support for critical applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with the primary product vendor to address and implement application fixes, enhancements, and updates.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recuring issues and work proactively to prevent future occurrences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the open systems.
- Work closely with cross functional teams, including development, testing, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless application support.
- At least 6 years real time experience in Java development and working knowledge in core java, Spring boot, Hibernate.
- 5+ years of total experience with application development tools such as WebSphere, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Experience in Application maintenance /production support with a focus on Level 2 or Level 3 support.
- Must have experience in banking domain and good to have experience in CACS online (Collections), 3DS and Bankwide loyalty program.
- Hands-on experience on Oracle database and working knowledge in PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience in Web servers (such as JBoss Webserver, Apache etc.) and Java platform / J2ee and Java web container (such as WebLogic, JBoss EAP, JBoss Webserver Tomcat, IBM WebSphere etc).
- Should have experience in applying WebSphere Patches, OS Patches, SSL Cert Configuration.
- Strong technical background with expertise in Java and J2EE technology.
- Good to have knowledge on Devops tool like Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, GIT.
- Good to have knowledge on Control M batch processing tool.
- Good to have experience in using JIRA and Remedy Workflow Application.
- Must have working knowledge with LINUX/UNIX environment.
- Problem solving skills, to be able to continuously come out with different structured ideas in the process solving problem.
- Good to have experience on apply WebSphere Patches, OS Patches, SSL Cert Configuration.
- Proactive, self-driven and can perform well under pressure with a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent in communication skills.
- Build a culture of collaboration with application development and testing teams to ensure that the requirements and solutions are correctly understood, refined as well as being translated into equivalent deliverables at each stage of execution
- Inspire and drive the team to be the superior Cards Subject Matter Experts in specializing across cards systems and cultivate wider insights and hands-on delivery capabilities for the cards technology organization

- Build exceptional peer relationships with key stakeholders and be able to influence key outcomes. Escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions
