- Oversees the daily operations of the estate
- Responsible for the human capital development, asset utilization and operation performance
- Provide recommendations on all agricultural aspects of the development and operation of the estates conformance to best developed practices
- Ensure all work operations in safe and responsible manner
- Planning and managing estate budget to ensure operating expenses and profitability are maximized
- Regular communication & preparation of reports to head office
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/Forestry/Plantation or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in managing palm oil plantation
- Committed and has high level of integrity
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
