Job Summary: The Information Technology (IT) Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and performance of investment systems platforms. This role focuses on evaluating the impact of changes, maintaining system and process quality, and ensuring that enhancements or modifications do not adversely affect business operations. The QA Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to assess risks, validate system behaviour, and uphold quality standards throughout the change lifecycle. Post Go Live, the QA Analyst continues to monitor system behaviour, assess post- implementation gaps, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure system completeness, data integrity, and process effectiveness. The QA Analyst will be responsible for analysing change impacts, maintaining quality documentation, and driving alignment through active stakeholder engagement and collaboration across relevant teams. ???? Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance and Change Impact Analysis Review and assess proposed changes to investment systems to identify potential risks and quality concerns. Ensure that changes align with business requirements and do not compromise system integrity or operational processes. iii. Document quality assurance findings and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate those changes meet quality expectations and business needs. Communication Activities Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to define scope of work, quality expectations, and impact analysis requirements. Build and maintain e ective relationships with internal teams, business users, project managers, and vendors. Act as a liaison to ensure that stakeholder interests and expectations are clearly understood and communicated. Meeting Facilitation: Prepare meeting agendas, lead discussions on quality and impact assessments, and document key decisions. Organize regular review sessions and share status updates to ensure stakeholder alignment. Process Integrity and Optimization Evaluate current business and operational processes to identify areas for quality improvement. Recommend and implement strategies that enhance system reliability and process effectiveness. iii. Document optimized standard operating procedures and contribute to the development of a target operating model. Planned Deliverables including but not limited to: Quality Assessment Reports and Change Impact Analysis Documentation Stakeholder Engagement Reports and Meeting Summaries Process Optimization Proposals and SOP Documentation Post Go Live Monitoring and Quality Assurance Findings. ???? Qualification & Experience: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent. Possess 3-5 years of experience of relevant Quality Assurance experiences. Exposure in investment or banking related processes and operations is a bonus. Tools & Technical Skills Experience with scripting language (JavaScript, Python etc) Experience with testing applications across various platforms (mobile, desktop). Knowledge of SaaS product development and testing is desirable. Understands testing techniques for APIs services. JIRA - For defect tracking, test case management, and stakeholder collaboration Qlik / Power BI - For validating reporting dashboards and data visualization Soft Skills & Attributes Able to work independently, manage own time and workload effectively and to meet deadlines Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Analytical and meticulous Creative problem-solver Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Meeting facilitation and cross-functional collaboration Kindly Apply using this link: https://grnh.se/wts31ssp2us
