What would you do Handling of internal communications matters which include the organisation of quarterly townhall sessions, managing the content and activities on Yammer to provide timely updates on corporate announcements and happenings, as well as organising activities to drive staff engagement across the Touch 'n Go Group. Supervise and arrange for photography and videography of internal and external events for the institutionalisation of photographs and videos which will make interesting and engaging content for both internal and external communications' audiences. Handle external communications matters which include media relations, writing of media releases and follow-up on media coverage, coordinating media arrangements for events, and attending to media queries. Any duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required by Head of Division Who should join us Degree in Mass Communications, Broadcasting, Journalism, or equivalent. At least 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or a related field. Excellent command of English with good writing skills. Familiar with social media engagement and storytelling. Ability to generate compelling content that resonate with the target audience. Experienced in handling media relations, event management, and crisis management. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent multi-tasker. Good interpersonal skills, agile and adaptable to changing situations. Experience with content creation software, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design and video editing tools would be an advantage.
