The role involves technical and non-technical support for industrial division products and their applications, organizing training sessions, launches, and creating training materials for global distribution. Additionally, this role also involves in market intelligence gathering, product development, and quality enhancement efforts.

Provide expert support for the organization's solutions to sales, service organizations, and partners.
Act as a key technical advisor and advocate for the products.
Communicate regulatory compliance requirements effectively to demonstrate market leadership.
Understand and recommend solutions for user requirements.
Support marketing activities and advanced product demonstrations.
Analyze and address training needs for sales and service personnel.
Develop and update training materials with local customizations.
Assist in launching new products and developing technical/marketing materials, while gathering feedback on customer needs and competitor offerings.

Regional coverage exposure|Multinational company

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong presentation skills and trainer experience.
At least 3 years working experience in a Technical Support, Trainer or Service Environment serving customers in the Manufacturing Industry preferably in Food & Beverages, Chemical and Pharmaceutical.
Knowledge on Automation and Control Instrumentation System.
