- Proven experience as a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or in a similar sales role within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models, including distribution and reseller channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- A background in software sales or technology is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors and resellers.
- Recruit and onboard new partners to expand our distribution network.
- Develop and implement sales strategies with partners to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide training and support to partners on our software products and sales techniques.
- Work closely with marketing to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Act as the main point of contact for all partner-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners to inform product and business strategy.
