  • Proven experience as a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or in a similar sales role within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models, including distribution and reseller channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • A background in software sales or technology is highly preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
TanggungjawabThis position is for an experienced Partner Manager to drive sales and growth for our proprietary software through local distributors and resellers. You'll act as the primary point of contact, managing the full partner lifecycle from recruitment to relationship maintenance. The role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can not only manage existing partnerships but also actively seek out and onboard new partners to expand our market reach.You will be responsible for developing and executing a channel strategy, providing sales and technical support to partners, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to successfully promote and sell our software. You will also be key in gathering market feedback to help shape our product roadmap.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors and resellers.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to expand our distribution network.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with partners to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide training and support to partners on our software products and sales techniques.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all partner-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners to inform product and business strategy.
