- Project Management: Oversee projects day-to-day focused on financial and operational restructuring, business transformation, corporate insolvency and distressed M&A, with director / partner guidance.
- Negotiations & Stakeholder Liaison: Participate in negotiations, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage external relationships during project execution.
- Transaction Management: Lead end-to-end transaction execution, liaising directly with clients and lenders.
- Business Development & Strategy: Support marketing, thought leadership, and proposal, ensuring alignment with client needs and contribute to Deloitte's strategy.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage small teams, delegate effectively, mentor junior members, and take responsibility for long-term client relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across different practices, ensuring risk management compliance and involvement in firm-wide professional development activities.
- Establish a strong leadership brand by inspiring others through passion, integrity, and appreciation.
- Create opportunities to drive impact by leveraging each person's strengths to build high performing teams.
- Apply deep knowledge of trends and activity to drive continuous improvement and build lasting relationships across a diverse network.

- Actively contribute to building the talent pipeline by championing a talent experience that attracts, develops and retains top talent and high performing teams.
- Possesses a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience within Restructuring Services & Insolvency, or as a Credit Analyst, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and restructuring projects.
- Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to interpret and analyze key business drivers.
- Proficient in building and reviewing financial forecast models; familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Ability to critically problem-solve by identifying issues, evaluating options, and devising innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability abilities, with experience in report writing and building strong client and internal relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with high attention to detail and a meticulous work approach.
- Proven project management skills, with experience delivering projects within deadlines and balancing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, mentoring and guiding junior team members, while supporting the wider corporate finance team on client engagements.
- Ability to work efficiently against demanding timelines, maintaining high-quality standards.

- Willingness to travel to other Southeast Asian and international locations as needed for client assignments and project work.
