We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Head, Operations - Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) to join our fast-growing team in Malaysia/Singapore. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Strategy and Operations vertical, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) team you'll be the bridge between business and advertising technology making sure we are providing best-in-class services to maximize revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Ownership of the Advertising Sales Operations business unit and performance Responsible for advertising sales operations tools selection, implementation, expertise and tracking such as Salesforce Leading sales planning exercises, owning and driving milestones with the respective cross-functional and partnerships teams Providing guidance on design and set-up of sales metrics and sales models based on strategic objectives Partner with various internal team Heads/Leads, including Product/Ad Ops/Sales/Marketing/Data/Business Development, to identify new strategic collaboration to drive operational efficiency and improved productivity Drive improvements to sales funnel, tracking and optimising team's sales process Stakeholder management and influence: indirectly managing and driving team leads from countries and regional stakeholders Key Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Business & Accounting, Finance, Financial Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience At least 8-10 years of relevant experience with team management experience At least 3-4 years of CRM experience Ability to navigate a complex matrix organization and get work done by influencing stakeholders Strong analytical mindset to analyze raw data, draw insights and develop actionable recommendations through optimisation and automation Passionate and excited about online advertising and marketing technologies Analytical, strategic and data-oriented are must-have skills Critical thinking is a must to enable the definition of clear priorities for the team Our parent company, Delivery Hero, is a global leader in the food delivery industry processing over 3 million orders every day and operating in 40+ markets in the world, with 18,000 employees and approximately 500,000+ restaurant partners
