The Regional Supply Chain Director role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to manage and optimize supply chain operations across the APAC region. This is a senior leadership role with strong visibility at a global level, offering the opportunity to shape supply chain strategy and drive operational excellence in a fast paced environment.

Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to support business goals across the APAC region.
Lead the regional supply chain function covering purchasing, sourcing, material planning, logistics, trade compliance & warehouse
Define and execute APAC supply chain strategies aligned with global business objectives
Partner with manufacturing operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless customer delivery, cost optimization and supply continuity
Champion supply chain transformation, digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives
Inspire, coach and develop a diverse regional team, building strong capabilities across multiple sites

Educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
15+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least 8 years in regional leadership roles within EMS, electronics or high-tech manufacturing
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain management tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in supply chain operations.
Proven track record in building high performing, geographically dispersed team
