Care to be a part of this revolution Join us! As an Associate, Office Experience , you will play a key role in supporting the travel and expense management for our Klookers. You'll help ensure smooth travel and expense operations, while supporting employees with a reliable and efficient experience. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. What you'll do: Manage travel arrangements for employees across all Klook offices worldwide. Record and track travel-related expenses accurately Communicate and ensure employees follow expense and travel policies Coordinate company travel safety programs, including travel insurance and related tasks Review and verify employee expense claims Provide ad-hoc office support as needed What you'll need: Minimum 2 years of experience in travel management or administrative support Familiarity with current travel tools, platforms, and processes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Higher Diploma or above in any discipline Fluency in English Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across teams Proactive, reliable, and able to handle tasks independently while escalating when needed Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
