Project & Service Engineer

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to gather and confirm product requirements, specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate closely with overseas suppliers, particularly in China, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Evaluate, organize, and prioritize workloads to ensure adherence to customer timelines and project milestones.
• Lead internal functional teams and conduct regular project status review meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
• Review engineering tasks and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality and performance standards.
• Ensure technical proposals and product specifications comply with local regulations and standards.
• Maintain full compliance with IATF 16949:2016 requirements in all related processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Assist in developing and updating engineering documentation for new product introductions and changes to existing products.
• Support all tasks assigned by superiors in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide technical support for EV battery repair services, including fault diagnostics, repair work, reporting, and preventive maintenance.
• Liaise with EV battery manufacturers and customers regarding all service-related activities and technical queries.
